Consultation has concluded

As the fastest growing community in Perth County, the Municipality of North Perth has engaged KPMG to conduct a review of its administrative processes to reduce process burden and improve residents’ experience.

The voice of the resident is an important focus for the Municipality. A key component in the scope of this project includes giving voice to the residents through a KPMG developed survey to gather residents’ feedback and summarize data into valuable findings.

The insights and other components of the project will be presented to senior leadership and Council and become areas of focus as the Municipality continues to improve its processes moving forward.
