Mark your calendar for our volunteer appreciation night, Celebrate North Perth, on Friday, October 23, 2020 at the Elma Memorial Community Centre.

To prepare for this event, we are looking to collect contact information and stories from our community's volunteer and service groups/organizations.

Award nominations now open

Nominations for the four awards that will be presented at Celebrate North Perth are now open and will be accepted until 4:00 p.m. on September 30, 2020. Nomination forms for the following awards are linked on the right-hand side of this page.

  • Youth Award: A youth aged 20 years or younger that has achieved an outstanding accomplishment or service to the community.
  • New to North Perth Award: An individual who has moved to North Perth in the preceding 5 years and in that time has made a significant contribution to the life of the community through service or business achievements.
  • Inspiration Award: An individual who inspires others through their outstanding accomplishment or service to the community within the preceding year.
  • Norm Stirling Citizen of the Year
