prosperous agriculture and business hub with a growing population

North Perth would stand to benefit from a better hwy for line 86. the drive to K-W is slow and cumbersome currently. we need a new 4 lane road where 86 is now. also desperately need a by-pass around listowel. more residential and commercial development would increase population and more restuarants and shopping. The fear that the by-pass would take all, ''would be shoppers'', around town is unfounded. the new restaurants, shopping, and hotels would draw them in where they would contribute to the local economy. less regulation for zoning and building would help alleviate the high cost of housing and lure new construction and development at a more reasonable price. north perth can become the destination and new standard in economic growth and prosperity!
