Retail Market Demand Study

The Municipality of North Perth is undertaking a Retail Market Demand Study assess the future commercial requirements for the residents of North Perth. 

As the fastest growing municipality in Perth County, North Perth grew 18% between 2016 and 2021, with Listowel, the regional commercial and business hub, growing 26% in the same period. Population growth has exceeded estimates and is anticipated to continue at that pace according to recent growth estimates.

Please share your input that will help inform the Economic Development address the issues of need/impact for major new or expanded retail developments or targets within The Municipality of North Perth. The survey should take approximately 5 minutes to complete. The survey is open until November 10, 2025.
